What you will do

• Audit and approve carrier payments while ensuring compliance with payable policies.
• Review carrier documents, bills, contracts, and terms for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage high-volume carrier email correspondence and diagnose billing issues.
• Review carrier aging reports and identify actions to improve settlement performance.
• Collaborate with the financial settlement team to reduce DSO and DPO metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations and accounts payable.
• Hands-on experience with TMS and audit provider systems.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with daily manual data entry and system updates.
• Ability to interpret contracts and carrier terms, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with less-than-truckload (LTL) operations.
