What you will do

• Reconcile daily bank statements across operating and trust accounts against internal systems.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve reconciliation variances in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Process accounts payable transactions within delegated approval limits.
• Review and verify loan file data against source documents to ensure alignment with credit policy and treasury requirements.
• Drive process improvement by applying automation and AI tooling to manual finance and pre-funding tasks.
• Support the wider finance team with daily, month-end, and ad hoc operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Hubdoc, Zoho, or Stripe.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage structured, process-driven tasks.
• Clear communication skills for prompt issue escalation.
