Salary: $174K–$230K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale programs covering product launches, platform modernization, operational tooling, and strategic infrastructure.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps, sequence priorities, and manage technical trade-offs.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering squads and partner teams, maintaining alignment on ownership, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive transformation initiatives involving process redesign, automation, system migrations, platform consolidation, and third-party integrations.
• Manage external vendors and financial partners while identifying risks and keeping programs on track.
• Improve Agile delivery, CI/CD practices, governance, reporting, and communication with senior leadership; mentor TPMs and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in Agile, high-growth environments.
• Experience delivering products or platforms from concept through launch with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure.
• Experience with system migrations, automation, process redesign, platform consolidation, vendor management, dashboards, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate technical, operational, and regulatory complexity as clear business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience in banking, payments, lending, or credit products.
• Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, or GCP.
• Agile, SAFe, or Project Management certification.
