Lead Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, except Hawaii

Salary: $174K–$230K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead complex new product programs from technical discovery through development, launch, iteration, and scale.
• Translate product strategy into executable roadmaps and sequence work across multiple teams and technical systems.
• Clarify architecture, dependencies, risks, operational readiness, and critical decisions throughout product development.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing for end-to-end launches.
• Build launch and experimentation frameworks to test assumptions and use member behavior data to guide decisions.
• Anticipate technical and operational constraints while balancing speed, reliability, scalability, and long-term flexibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, including consumer product launches or 0→1 initiatives.
• Experience taking products from early definition through launch with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Technical fluency across mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working in ambiguous product environments with evolving requirements, technical approaches, and priorities.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, launch readiness, product development lifecycles, dependencies, and risk management.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience in banking, payments, credit, lending, or related consumer financial products.
• Experience launching products involving financial partners, regulated workflows, or complex operational processes.
• Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, FullStory, Looker, Snowflake, and GCP.
