Senior Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year, depending on U.S. labor market, location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Drive planning and execution across design, product management, and engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Create schedules, goals, milestones, and project portfolio plans.
• Track project progress and report outcomes to different audiences.
• Optimize planning, execution, reporting, roadmap, resourcing, and cost-management processes.
• Support money movement products that enable accurate deposits, withdrawals, and self-service financial processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle practices.
• Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver successful products, investigate technical problems, and use data to identify solutions.
