TL;DR
Senior Technical Program Manager (Fintech): Launching and scaling smartphone financing, credit, card, and digital lending products across LATAM and South Africa with an accent on cross-functional delivery governance, market-specific integrations, and regulatory readiness. Focus on coordinating APIs, KYC and payments integrations, UAT, production readiness, launch risk management, and post-launch performance optimization.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution for financial product launches across LATAM and South Africa.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Design, Operations, and country teams around roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and trade-offs.
- Translate market requirements into product and engineering deliverables, including KYC flows, repayment logic, partner integrations, and underwriting configurations.
- Coordinate backend systems, APIs, integrations, observability, monitoring, runbooks, on-call coverage, and escalation paths for production readiness.
- Lead UAT, Friendly Sales testing, pilots, go/no-go reviews, rollback planning, and defect resolution before launch.
- Build launch playbooks and post-launch dashboards to support repeatable regional launches and product optimization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in fintech or lending.
- Strong technical fluency with API contracts, integration sequencing, observability requirements, and release governance.
- Experience launching 0-to-1 products in new markets or verticals and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience creating repeatable playbooks, processes, and documentation for scalable launches.
- Experience partnering with Legal and Risk on regulatory requirements and market-specific product customizations.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese experience is preferred for LATAM markets.
