Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote US

Base salary: $133,000–$235,000 per year across US locations; bonus, equity, and benefits are not included.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up.
• Lead programs involving carrier integrations, partner launches, internal tooling, and platform improvements.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners around plans, milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Identify risks and dependencies, drive decisions, and keep program health visible through concise written updates.
• Engage with architecture, integrations, and data flows to support sound technical tradeoffs.
• Run launch retrospectives and apply lessons to future planning and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management or similar experience at a technology company.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Technical depth in system design, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and reprioritizing quickly.
• Data-driven approach with defined success metrics and measurement against them.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with partner or third-party integrations.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, and execution.
