Technical Program Manager, AI Programs

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work from the downtown Toronto office 3 days per week. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in Toronto.

Salary: CAD 110,000–130,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission.

What you will do

• Own a single, current source of truth for the AI roadmap across Firm and Solution products.
• Establish planning reviews, status reporting, roadmap updates, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Manage AI feature and capability launches end to end across product, engineering, design, marketing, enablement, and support.
• Build launch plans, readiness checklists, and go/no-go criteria while tracking delivery quality and timelines.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, blockers, trade-offs, and open decisions across AI programs.
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, reporting, metrics, templates, and tooling for operational visibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or a related discipline in SaaS or platform environments.
• Experience orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through launch.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, APIs, data, and cloud architecture, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and dependency management skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and residence in Toronto, Ontario are required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing AI/ML product or platform programs.
• Familiarity with feature flagging, experimentation, or launch tools such as LaunchDarkly.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience in fintech, audit, or regulated industries.
