What you will do

• Perform inert assembly operations on components and subassemblies using drawings, visual aids, and written and verbal instructions.
• Weigh and press inert and energetic materials using analytical balances and powder presses.
• Complete minor cabling, potting, tinning, soldering, and equipment setup tasks.
• Install subassemblies and modify, rework, or reassemble units as required.
• Handle explosive devices safely and work under direct supervision in explosive handling areas.
• Attend offsite training when needed to maintain required certifications.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required, or the ability to obtain necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
• English proficiency at a level sufficient to understand, speak, read, and write English is required.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow detailed technical instructions.
• Proficient dexterity for safe handling of explosive devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No formal education is required; one year of industry assembly experience is preferred.

• Previous soldering experience.
• Experience with industry assembly work.
