What you will do

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components including cable harnesses, PCBs, and servo motors.
• Perform precise wiring, soldering, and crimping tasks based on engineering documentation.
• Set up and maintain assembly tolerances to ensure product compliance.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and adherence to technical specifications.
• Repair, modify, and reassemble components as required during the production process.
• Support and train junior team members to maintain high production standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cable or electronic assembly.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and wire lists.
• Experience with soldering equipment, hot tweezers, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite in Poway, CA.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Soldering certification.
• Previous experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
