What you will do

• Perform mechanical assembly of force/torque products using specified tooling.
• Operate test equipment including environmental chambers, leak testers, ohmmeters, and voltmeters.
• Participate in assembly line builds utilizing one-piece flow.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles for daily continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Read and communicate in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Electro-mechanical assembly skills; soldering small components preferred.
• Computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, ERP, PDF viewing, custom test software.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Good vision; ability to lift 30 pounds; use magnification and microscope.
• No travel required.
