What you will do

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of force/torque products using specialized tooling.
• Operate test equipment including environmental chambers, leak testers, ohmmeters, and voltmeters.
• Participate in assembly line builds utilizing one-piece flow methodology.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to support daily continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Apex, NC
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and soldering small components
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
• Basic computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, and ERP navigation
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work with magnification/microscopes
