What you will do

• Build vehicle cable harnesses by measuring, cutting, and terminating wires.
• Conduct quality control checks on assembly work.
• Document production processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Perform potting for waterproof assemblies.
• Splicing solar panel cables and other electrical components.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of advanced soldering and cable splicing skills (IPC certification preferred).
• Experience with general electrical assembly, including crimping Molex connectors and SMD soldering.
• Experience with potting, epoxies, and adhesives.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• High attention to detail and finger dexterity for precision termination of small gauge wires.
