What you will do
- Build vehicle cable harnesses by measuring, cutting, and terminating wires.
- Conduct quality control checks on assembly work.
- Document production processes and identify efficiency improvements.
- Perform potting for waterproof assemblies.
- Splicing solar panel cables and other electrical components.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of advanced soldering and cable splicing skills (IPC certification preferred).
- Experience with general electrical assembly, including crimping Molex connectors and SMD soldering.
- Experience with potting, epoxies, and adhesives.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
- High attention to detail and finger dexterity for precision termination of small gauge wires.
