What you will do

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to detailed drawings and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, cable harnessing, and hand soldering on production units.
• Install and integrate components into panels, LRUs, batteries, servo motors, and chassis.
• Set up, adjust, and rework assemblies to meet precise tolerances and specifications.
• Monitor and verify work quality against established safety and operating standards.
• Support team housekeeping and assist in training lower-level assemblers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Poway, CA.
• Proven experience in electronic assembly, specifically with LRUs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wire lists.
• Strong background in hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical installation.
• Ability to work in a quality-focused, structured aerospace manufacturing environment.
