Salary: $86,000–$108,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus and stock incentives.

is a mobile gaming company operating sportsbook, casino, horse racing, daily fantasy sports, television, and streaming products across the United States, Canada, and other international markets.
What you will do
- Lead conversion strategy for Casino from customer consideration and sign-up through full activation.
- Analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve value at each stage of the funnel.
- Execute KPI reporting, conversion analyses, optimization initiatives, and test-and-learn programs.
- Identify data gaps, improve data quality, and support accurate metric reporting with product stakeholders.
- Collaborate with conversion leads, product teams, content teams, and business units to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Execute an App Store Optimization roadmap and contribute to the development of conversion practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Growth-oriented, product-led, data-driven, and creative approach to marketing.
- Experience with marketing technology and analytics tools; Amplitude and Quantum Metric are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical rigor, objective performance measurement, and a track record of delivering business outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic work with independent execution and maintain a customer-focused approach.
