What you will do

• Maintain, diagnose, install, replace, and configure camera hardware at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and respond to service calls while meeting customer SLAs.
• Install products on shelves, ceilings, and other equipment according to installation plans.
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Onboard and scan products into the system and keep accurate service records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to complete installations and meet quality and speed KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous field technician experience, preferably in field service, installation, construction, or a related area.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina for demanding work on your feet for up to 9 hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, including occasional overnight installations.
