Salary: £28,075 + £1,300 shift allowance + benefits

What you will do

• Install, service, and repair betting and gaming terminals across Greater London.
• Ensure new shop installations are completed to the highest standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
• Coordinate and supervise the removal of equipment when required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide clear operating instructions.
• Log service visits, incidents, and customer feedback accurately.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong customer service and confident communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet targets.
• A passion for technology and the willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous technical experience in gaming, electronics, or IT is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Background in IT, electronics, or engineering.
• Experience as a Field Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Technical Support.
