What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical and mechanical Trace and X-ray equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues in the field to ensure airport efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality repair support and technical advice to customers.
• Manage parts, service documentation, and produce accurate service records.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Level 3 Engineering qualification (electrical, electronic, or mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical/mechanical systems.
• Full eligibility for UK Security Clearance (must have lived/worked in the UK for 5+ years).
• Ability to travel at short notice within the Gatwick, Southampton, and Bournemouth regions.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new technical systems.
