What you will do

• Install electro-mechanical equipment as part of a specialized installation team.
• Provide high-quality customer service and act as a brand ambassador at client sites.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the service desk at prescribed intervals.
• Report visit details accurately via documentation and call trackers in a timely manner.
• Maintain personal PPE and adhere to established health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with and assist fellow workers during installation projects.

Requirements

• Full Driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Proven electrical background and sound mechanical knowledge.
• Technical experience in electronics, mechanics, or capital equipment repair.
• IT literacy and excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
