What you will do

• Execute on-site installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs for automated systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service delivery.
• Collaborate with the Service and Support Scheduler to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
• Coordinate with Sales and Field Applications Specialists to support product quality and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and meet performance KPIs.
• Travel on short notice to support team members and service requirements across the UK and Europe.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with a valid passport and driving license.
• Education equivalent to an Engineering Apprenticeship and HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems.
• Ability to travel on short notice, involving at least 60% overnight travel.
• Strong time management, planning, and customer-facing communication skills.
