What you will do

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on retail and hospitality equipment including POS systems and kiosks.
• Own customer incidents from initial report through to resolution, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and perform modular component replacements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local customer accounts.
• Manage company assets, including tools, parts inventory, and documentation.
• Accurately report all service activities, expenses, and customer asset data.

Requirements

• Must be based in Northern Ireland.
• High School qualification in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and PC hardware maintenance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.
• A+ Certification or ITE/Polytechnic diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
