What You’ll Do

• Create quotes and order forms for sales deals and review qualified quote approval requests.
• Process customer bookings, track orders, and support internal and external stakeholders throughout the order cycle.
• Handle booking escalations, exceptions, non-standard deal structures, and complex commercial arrangements.
• Research ARR discrepancies and maintain accurate deal information in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Renewals, Collections, and Orders teams to resolve processing issues.
• Review Salesforce transaction data for post-close audits and contribute to Deal Operations process improvements.

Requirements

• Required experience with Quote to Cash processes using Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with back-office operations and strong knowledge of order processing.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance and Legal on deal execution.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to work additional nights and weekends during month-end and quarter-end as business needs require.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ironclad or another contract lifecycle management tool such as Conga.
