Location: Hybrid in Wakefield, Massachusetts, with 1–2 days per week in the office. The role supports Sentinel’s U.S. operations.
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year, calibrated according to geographic location.

What you will do
- Own revenue operations projects from scoping and requirements through rollout and adoption.
- Optimize lead, opportunity, forecasting, follow-up, and sales cadence workflows across Salesforce and related tools.
- Manage lead intake, MQL assignment, data enrichment, CRM hygiene, and sales onboarding support.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, pipeline views, quotas, and forecasting tools.
- Administer Salesforce and connected revenue technologies, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Act-On, and cadence tools.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to clarify priorities, communicate risks, and turn data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Strong Salesforce skills, including reports, dashboards, list views, pipeline and forecast views, and sales workflow support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with datasets and pivot tables.
- Experience owning cross-functional projects and driving them through completion with limited direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and root-cause analysis skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, retirement, or employee benefits.
- Advanced Salesforce customization, configuration, administration, workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or similar enrichment and intent tools.
- Experience with Act-On or other marketing automation platforms.
