What you will do

• Diagnose, install, replace, configure, and maintain camera hardware at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, respond to service calls, and meet customer SLAs.
• Install systems on shelves, ceilings, and other equipment according to plans and specifications.
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Onboard and scan products into the system and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with supervisors and installation teams while meeting speed and quality KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a field technician, preferably in field service, installation, construction, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina for standing and performing demanding work for up to 9 hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts required.
