What you will do

• Perform electronic board-level repairs of printers to support depot return contracts.
• Execute emergency maintenance and refurbish equipment for certified pre-owned sales.
• Diagnose complex equipment problems and communicate technical findings to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Manage administrative duties including parts ordering, shipment documentation, and customs processing.
• Track loan equipment and conduct bi-yearly stock audits.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
