Location: On-site in Mounds View, Minnesota, four days per week, with less than 10% travel. Candidates must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is available only for Principal-level roles and above.
Salary: $175,200–$262,800 USD base salary, plus eligibility for the Incentive Plan and employee benefits.

What you will do
- Estimate, plan, budget, schedule, and coordinate complex software engineering programs.
- Own program execution, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and quality outcomes.
- Lead software engineers, vendor resources, and cross-functional contributors across engineering, product, architecture, systems, clinical, regulatory, and operations.
- Drive software quality activities including design controls, risk management, verification and validation, cybersecurity, defect management, and release decisions.
- Communicate program status and decisions to core team leaders, development leads, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics with at least 7 years of technical experience, or an advanced STEM degree with at least 5 years of technical experience.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available below the Principal level.
- Experience leading software engineering programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, quality systems, risk management, and regulated product development.
- Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, dependencies, vendors, and geographically distributed resources.
Nice to have
- MedTech software development experience.
- Experience with embedded systems, Scrum Master responsibilities, or Scrum Master certification.
- PMP or another project management certification.
- Experience delivering products in compliance with global regulatory standards.
