Director Product Management (Clinical EHR): Own the core Electronic Health Record (EHR) product by defining product vision, short-term strategy, and a strategic roadmap with an accent on market research, clinical workflow understanding, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. Location: United States (EST core hours required)

Salary: $140,000 - 160,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute short-term product strategy for the Clinical portfolio aligned to the company’s long-term vision.
• Define product goals, themes, features, and requirements to deliver high-value user experiences for clients.
• Lead and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary product team through coaching and process design.
• Run market analysis and client engagement to validate product direction and identify new opportunities.
• Drive go-to-market execution by collaborating with Development, QE, Marketing, and Services.
• Manage team metrics, project timelines, and risk management; act as a key escalation point for clients.

Requirements

• US healthcare industry expertise, including clinical workflows and US health policy.
• 10+ years of progressive software product management experience with a proven track record of leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, and managing a large, multi-disciplinary product team.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC with extensive experience in Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables) and data analysis to mitigate risk (Power BI familiarity is a plus).
• Ability to work core hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Confluence.
• Previous clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
