What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Finance/Risk portfolio.
• Lead 0→1 product discovery, from problem framing and hypothesis development to customer validation.
• Partner with quantitative researchers and ML engineers to translate complex customer problems into technical requirements.
• Drive rapid prototyping and innovation across multiple domains to identify high-potential business lines.
• Serve as a trusted product partner to senior stakeholders at key financial and insurance customers.
• Define success metrics and validation strategies to demonstrate differentiated value against existing risk modeling tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including several years at a senior or director level.
• Experience in financial services or insurance, specifically in risk modeling, financial simulation, or portfolio analytics.
• Proven track record of 0→1 product work, successfully taking ideas from concept to prototype.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with quantitative and engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Strong ruthless prioritization skills and the ability to operate in highly ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, with experience leading discovery and roadmap conversations with senior stakeholders.
