What you will do

• Own the Product Board narrative, including storyline development, insight synthesis, messaging, and executive preparation.
• Lead high-priority product strategy initiatives from ambiguous business questions through executive decisions.
• Drive the strategy layer of annual planning by designing frameworks and producing core strategy materials.
• Convert complex, multi-stakeholder questions into clear narratives and decision documents.
• Partner with the Director of Global Product Operations, the CPO, and Product leadership on decisions that shape product direction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and/or rigorous in-house corporate strategy.
• Experience leading strategic workstreams and presenting analyses and recommendations to senior executives.
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving, synthesis of ambiguous inputs, and top-down communication.
• Excellent written communication and executive presence, including the ability to challenge C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, audit/accounting, or another regulated software environment, plus exposure to board-level or C-suite materials.
