What you will do

  • Define healthcare product strategy covering provider workflows, EHR ecosystems, HIPAA compliance, and AI use cases in patient engagement and administrative workflows.
  • Own healthcare product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives for growth and differentiation in partnership with Product Management and R&D.
  • Drive integrations with EHR, practice management, CRM, and telehealth systems for SMB providers.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, and Architecture to build compliant, scalable solutions addressing real-world challenges.
  • Align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Channels for GTM enablement, positioning, and competitive insights.
  • Build relationships with healthcare technology partners and ecosystem players.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in healthcare technology product leadership, ideally in EHR, practice management, patient engagement, or healthcare communications.
  • Deep understanding of independent physician practices, specialty clinics, and multi-location provider groups.
  • Proven ability to translate complex workflows into shipped product capabilities and integrations.
  • Strong grasp of AI-driven trends in healthcare for patient engagement and operational automation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around vertical product strategy.
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders, technical buyers, clinicians, and operational leaders.

Nice to have

  • Experience bringing healthcare solutions to market in SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS organizations.
  • Integrating with SMB-focused EHR or practice management platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise health systems, preferring independent and mid-sized providers.
