Workday Recruiting Senior Systems Analyst - HRIS (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Recruiting functionality for a global workforce.
• Align Workday configurations with global and local business, statutory, regulatory, and cultural requirements.
• Maintain and optimize business processes, security roles, workflows, and integrations supporting HR operations.
• Document configurations, changes, and customizations for audit, training, and operational continuity.
• Support recruiting data for reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide workforce insights.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration experience, including regional or global deployments of Workday HCM modules.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or other Workday HCM modules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Proactive involvement in HR process improvement and Workday enhancement projects.
