TL;DR
Systems Business Analyst (Financial Services): Translating business needs into functional requirements and specifications while supporting solution design, development, testing, and production deployments with an accent on systems analysis, product backlogs, and SDLC coordination. Focus on modeling data flows, validating delivered features, facilitating Agile sessions, and coordinating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office. Parents of a child up to 4 years old may work 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and detailed specifications for application developers.
- Participate in the full Systems Development Life Cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Define product roadmaps, maintain and prioritize product backlogs, and facilitate refinement, estimation, and sprint demo sessions.
- Support stakeholders throughout delivery, clarify requirements, and validate that delivered features meet business and functional requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business applications and business lines.
- Coordinate assigned systems initiatives with project managers and technical leads, tracking milestones, change requests, SDLC compliance, and production deployments.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, structured-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to read, understand, and write SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent English and ability to work in the Kraków hybrid office model.
