Senior HCM Systems Analyst (Workday HCM)

Location: Manila, Philippines; remote work is available based on business needs and location, with occasional onsite presence required for key workshops or deployments.

What you will do

• Lead analysis, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Workday HCM platform.
• Configure Workday security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, validations, notifications, eligibility, and approvals.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations with benefits, payroll, and identity-management systems, including troubleshooting data and process issues.
• Manage Workday releases and internal change cycles, including impact assessment, regression testing, feature validation, and adoption recommendations.
• Develop and maintain SOX reports, dashboards, analytics solutions, functional documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Lead UAT and regression testing, defect triage, root-cause analysis, resolution tracking, and training for HR partners and super users.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience leading Workday configuration, business process design, and cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security concepts, reporting, analytics, calculated fields, dashboards, and least-privilege principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and configured Workday solutions, lead testing, manage defects, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
