What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday security roles, condition rules, and business processes.
• Partner with technical teams to support inbound and outbound integrations for payroll and benefits.
• Manage Workday release cycles, including regression testing and adoption strategies.
• Develop and maintain SOX-compliant reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Lead UAT and regression testing efforts, including script creation and defect resolution.
• Create functional documentation and provide training to HR partners and super users.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead Workday configuration and business process design.
• Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and process improvement.
• Experience with Workday security concepts and reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
