What you will do

• Lead SAP solution architecture for aerospace, defense contracting, and project manufacturing transformation programs.
• Design integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions across PMMO/GPD, PS, PP, QM, MM, EWM, and FI/CO.
• Lead business and solution design workshops, define future-state operating models, and create solution roadmaps.
• Architect ETO, MTO, and MTP processes, including project planning, WBS structures, material traceability, and cost control.
• Guide product costing, profitability analysis, revenue recognition, financial settlement, and quality management solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, and program-level decisions while collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience in aerospace and defense, defense contracting, ETO, project manufacturing, MRO, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least five full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including two in aerospace and defense or project-based manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in SAP PMMO and legacy GPD, with strong hands-on SAP Project System experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MTO, MTP, and ETO manufacturing processes, product costing, project cost control, profitability analysis, and FI/CO integration.
• Experience implementing SAP Quality Management and integrating manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, quality, and financial processes.
• Strong client-facing consulting, architecture, workshop leadership, governance, and executive stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Production Engineering & Operations.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance and defense contracting regulations.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with Deltek Costpoint.
