What you will do

• Define architecture for Teamcenter Quality modules including Non-Conformance, CAPA, Audit, and FMEA integration.
• Design integrated solutions linking configurable product structures with quality processes and compliance.
• Establish integration strategies across CAD (NX, CATIA, Creo), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and MES systems.
• Provide technical governance for BMIDE data models and guide development using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC).
• Lead end-to-end implementation programs and define the roadmap for digital quality transformation.
• Ensure audit-ready systems and regulatory compliance with standards like ISO, AS9100, and IATF 16949.

Requirements

• 15-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations.
• 3+ years of expertise in Teamcenter Quality (QMS modules).
• Deep understanding of quality processes (NCM, CAPA), BOM management (EBOM/MBOM), and variant configuration.
• Strong proficiency in BMIDE, AWC Configurations, and ITK/SOA APIs.
• Must be based in the USA.
