What you will do

• Lead SAP solution architecture for aerospace, defense contracting, and project manufacturing transformation programs.
• Design integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions across PMMO/GPD, PS, PP, QM, MM, EWM, and FI/CO.
• Lead business and solution design workshops and define future-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Optimize MTO, MTP, ETO, MRO, project planning, costing, profitability, and financial settlement processes.
• Provide architecture governance, solution reviews, and program-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders, business stakeholders, executives, and delivery teams on global transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least five full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including two in aerospace and defense or project-based manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in SAP PMMO and legacy GPD, plus strong SAP Project System experience.
• Knowledge of MTO, MTP, ETO, product costing, project cost control, profitability analysis, and FI/CO integration.
• Experience implementing SAP Quality Management and integrating manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, quality, and finance processes.
• Strong client-facing architecture, advisory, workshop leadership, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Production Engineering & Operations.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and defense contracting regulations.
• Experience integrating SAP with Deltek Costpoint.
