What you will do

• Develop an SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap aligned to Army transformation objectives.
• Define technology architecture, including application architecture and instance strategy for S/4HANA cloud and extensions.
• Design integration architecture with required security controls and propose solution architecture for SAP cloud solutions, integrations, and reporting.
• Optimize business processes using SAP S/4HANA standard best practices and leverage SAP Fiori for extensibility and UI integration.
• Assess project risks, document roadblocks/pain points, and provide DAR mitigation plans; support governance model for successful execution.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and oversight for the project team, ensuring compliance with customer security/confidentiality requirements and delivery of schedules, costs, reports, and deliverables.

Requirements

• US citizenship required (no dual status).
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance (preference for Public Trust investigation completion or active DoD clearance).
• 15+ years of SAP solution architecture experience.
• 10+ years overall experience with DoD operational and system ERPs, preferably in an SAP enterprise solution architect role.
• 10+ SAP ERP implementations, preferably S/4HANA; 2+ years Agile software development management experience.
• Minimum of four full software development life cycle implementation experiences; flexibility to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Project management experience integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs (AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM).
