What you will do

• Design and build SAP automations across Basis, Security, and functional processes.
• Maintain Luumen’s ABAP role and supporting assets as SAP capabilities evolve.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure SAP integrations.
• Shape SAP-focused product features, including agents, connectors, observability capabilities, and AI/ML use cases.
• Provide advanced technical support, mentor engineers, and create reference architectures and documentation.
• Advise product, presales, customer success, and client teams on SAP architecture, automation, and cloud transformation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including Basis administration, ABAP development, and SAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Security, including roles, authorizations, and compliance.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations, Cloud ERP, or RISE with SAP initiatives.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable SAP solutions and connect SAP expertise with AI and automation strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or software product organization and participation in product strategy.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in enterprise IT or operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and managed services delivery models.
• Presales or solution architecture experience with direct customer engagement.
• Experience mentoring and collaborating across functions.
