Business Technology Architect (Intelligent Supply Chain): Leading end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for the Consumer Products & Retail sector with an accent on AI-enabled digital core capabilities and business strategy alignment. Location: Must be local or willing to relocate to Dallas, Houston, Chicago, or Atlanta
Salary: $82,082 – $193,440

What you will do
- Define and deliver measurable improvements in supply chain KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
- Lead AI-enabled Digital Core transformations and architect end-to-end solutions for planning and logistics.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders on intelligent supply chain strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Shape commercial constructs and lead large pursuits ranging from $5M to $50M+.
- Develop AI accelerators, reusable assets, and innovative supply chain offerings.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners like SAP, Google Cloud, Blue Yonder, and Kinaxis.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in CPR supply chain domains.
- Deep expertise in planning, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Proven experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong consulting, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Nice to have
- Architects certification level 1 or 2.
- IAF or TOGAF 9 certification.
