What you will do
- Manage projects and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify and track critical paths and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Gather and document requirements, coordinate design and delivery activities.
- Oversee product lifecycle governance and engage relevant teams.
- Monitor project costs and resources, balancing time, cost, and quality.
- Lead teams and foster collaboration to meet objectives within set timeframes.
Requirements
- Must be a UK resident with continuous residence for 5 years and hold or be able to obtain UK government security clearance.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and financial services domain.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Industry standard certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 80% travel based on project needs.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and continuous improvement mindset.
