What you will do

• Manage projects and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and track critical paths and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Gather and document requirements, coordinate design and delivery activities.
• Oversee product lifecycle governance and engage relevant teams.
• Monitor project costs and resources, balancing time, cost, and quality.
• Lead teams and foster collaboration to meet objectives within set timeframes.

Requirements

• Must be a UK resident with continuous residence for 5 years and hold or be able to obtain UK government security clearance.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and financial services domain.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Industry standard certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 80% travel based on project needs.
