What you will do

• Lead complex customer and internal engineering projects from opportunity assessment and bid support through development, verification, validation, and delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and report project schedules in Microsoft Project, managing milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Control project budgets, cost forecasts, revenue, cash flow, profitability, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory obligations, company processes, quality standards, and stage-gate reviews.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers and contribute to the development of project management practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering projects from conception through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software, including Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing projects involving electronics, software, or systems engineering.
• Demonstrated cost and risk management experience.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
• BEng, MEng, or MSc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
