What you will do

• Establish and own company-wide analytics, reporting workflows, and data structures.
• Develop dashboards for operations, sales, support, finance, and supply chain to drive decision-making.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage the analytics tooling stack (e.g., Sigma).
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and define performance KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on margin analysis, pricing, and international expansion.
• Partner with leadership and manage external analytics resources to build a scalable function.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in analytically rigorous roles with hands-on data experience.
• Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), Big 4 advisory, high-growth startups, or Big Tech.
• Proficiency in building analyses, models, and dashboards using SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• High ownership mindset and ability to build systems from 0→1 in ambiguous environments.
• English: Professional proficiency required for cross-functional leadership.
