Salary Compensation range of $100,000 to $130,000

What you will do

• Own and enhance dashboards tracking KPIs across operations, support, supply chain, and customer success
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from internal and third-party platforms
• Deliver actionable insights through ad hoc and recurring reporting
• Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities via structured data analysis
• Collaborate on defining operational KPIs and OKRs, translating data into recommendations
• Refine workflows, vet tools for reporting and automation, and document SOPs
• Support cross-functional projects by scoping requirements, building timelines, and tracking progress

Requirements

• 3–5 years in business operations, data analytics, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with raw datasets
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for modeling and reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
• Hands-on approach in fast-paced environments or startups

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and software like Netsuite, Airtable, Zendesk
