What you will do

• Lead the strategy, definition, and design of complex new or upgraded platforms and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Act as the ‘Voice of the Customer’ for process re-engineering and technology initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into business requirements briefs, system/functional requirements, and process flows.
• Manage project priorities, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Support user acceptance tests (UAT), beta tests, and knowledge transfer to functional supporting teams.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Product Management to create investment cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment focusing on Business Analysis or Process Improvement.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification required.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Experience with Data Analysis platforms (PowerBI) and process mapping tools (Visio, Signavio).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Kennesaw, GA.
