Salary: $102,500-$134,500

What you will do

• Collect, organize, analyze, and distribute large volumes of information with high accuracy.
• Manage data across multiple sources and understand relationships among key data elements.
• Perform data exploration and analysis using tools such as MicroStrategy, Alteryx, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
• Deliver KPI reporting, PowerPoint presentations, and interactive dashboards for home office and field partners.
• Run ad hoc analyses on product performance, advisor recruiting/retention, compensation programs, and wealth revenue KPIs.
• Improve and automate reporting processes and support Business Intelligence platform users with data access and custom reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a reporting and/or analytics position.
• 3+ years creating visualizations and reports using Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in a reporting and/or analytics position.
• Experience in the insurance, broker dealer, and/or financial services industry.
• 1+ year experience using SQL.
