Enterprise Change Manager

Salary: $88,600–$100,850 annually

What you will do

• Execute change management strategies and activities for enterprise initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, behavioral adoption, and transition activities.
• Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, workshops, and feedback discussions across business functions.
• Assess readiness, organizational impacts, risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers, then support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate training logistics, learning resources, participant communications, and post-training reinforcement.
• Analyze readiness, engagement, and adoption data and contribute to change management tools, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, organizational development, human resources, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in organizational change, employee engagement, communications, training, project support, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, identify adoption barriers and organizational risks, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, communications, training, and adoption measurement principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and engagement activities.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with organizational change methodologies.
