Senior Specialist - Change Management (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based in North Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $96,500–$183,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated change management, communications, and training strategies for multiple cross-functional projects.
• Apply structured change management methodology to small-scale initiatives and conduct impact, risk, and readiness assessments across people, processes, and technology.
• Build trusted relationships with leadership and project leads to identify gaps, measure success criteria, and monitor change progress.
• Create engaging communications, including project updates, success stories, executive summaries, blog posts, and presentations.
• Support the design, development, and deployment of eLearning and blended training courses and related assets.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through outcome measurement and coordinate timely delivery of training and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience, master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, written communication, and group facilitation skills.
• Strong command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels, including executives.
• Ability to adapt communication styles for different channels and multicultural audiences.
• Experience with change management, stakeholder adoption, communications, and training programs.

Nice to have

• Change management methodology certification, such as Prosci, ACMP, or Managed Change Certification.
