Resource Manager (Intelligent Industry)

Salary: $86,000–$110,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Own staffing for the Intelligent Industry practice, matching people to projects based on skills, development goals, and business needs.
• Build relationships with practice leads and staff while advising on career growth and assignments.
• Identify staffing risks, bench trends, and capacity issues.
• Analyze staffing, bench, and ARVE data to produce actionable insights.
• Advise practice leadership with data-driven workforce recommendations.
• Contribute to resource management improvements, including AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior resource management experience at a management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Ability to act as a strategic business partner, build trust, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset and confidence using data and tools to support decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including communication with senior executives.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strategic awareness, curiosity, and adaptability in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI solutions or automated workflows.
• Knowledge of supply chain or digital engineering.
• Experience in HR, career development, operations, workforce planning, or capacity management.
