Enterprise Project Manager (Location Flexible)

Location: Minneapolis

Salary: $102,800–$176,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Translate enterprise priorities into project charters, success measures, plans, and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end execution, managing scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and quality.
• Coordinate delivery across business and technology teams, facilitate decisions, and remove roadblocks.
• Establish fit-for-purpose governance, playbooks, templates, and delivery routines.
• Provide concise reporting on status, risks, issues, and recommendations to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with change management stakeholders to drive adoption and sustain measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional business or technology initiatives.
• Experience leading complex work with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, action tracking, and change control.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Ability to establish governance and maintain delivery transparency through reporting and dashboards.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Enterprise portfolio or program experience with cross-project dependency management.
• Change management and adoption experience, including stakeholder impact assessment, communications, or training coordination.
