Salary: $68,900–$118,050 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Support planning and schedule development for internal non-technical projects.
• Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and financial information.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare proposals and reports.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Support change management and compliance with project processes and standards.

Requirements

• Experience with project tracking and project management software.
• Ability to organize and maintain project documentation.
• Clear communication skills for providing project updates and engaging stakeholders.
• Understanding of budget monitoring, reporting, risk management, and change management processes.
