Senior Product Management Director, Core AI & Search

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; onsite at 1801 S Bell (INDG). Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Salary: $245,000–$300,000 per year

What you will do

• Set product strategy and roadmap direction for shared AI, search, and platform capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Technical Product Managers across foundational product areas.
• Manage a connected portfolio spanning AI, search, data, workflow, and platform investments.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Legal, Security, Privacy, Content, and business product leaders.
• Establish operating rhythms for ownership, prioritization, dependencies, intake, and decision-making.
• Define measurement and quality standards for AI and search while connecting platform decisions to customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent product-building or subject-matter expertise.
• 10+ years working on technology-powered products, typically including at least 7 years in Product Management.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and a proven record of leading multiple product teams or large portfolios.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, organizational leadership, portfolio management, investment decisions, and operating models.
• Experience leading managers, developing leadership pipelines, managing organizational change, and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, executive presence, coaching, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
